A bold smashburger concept founded by Selin, a young chef with a strong vision and a distinctive food identity. What started in Rotterdam has since grown into Amsterdam — and we've been part of that journey from the beginning.
For Mimoza we run a long-term partnership across digital consultancy, social media management, and ongoing content production.
